Went to a few sites to get an idea of the pace at which I should be losing weight if I keep up my light momentum and I am slightly ahead of their estimated course at the moment. Keep it up.

They usually say 1 to 2 pounds a week is a good weight loss. All I know is it can’t be fast enough for me! The other thing I have been told is don’t set high goals of weight loss take 5 pounds at a time and you’ll get there.🌹
