Cucamonga Peak yesterday. This one was hard. Total distance - just over 12 miles. Total elevation gain - 4,300 feet. Round trip was 7 1/2 hours.

193.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
