FBS...125. Ate a ton of snow peas and shrimp at an oriental restaurant last night. Didn't eat the rice and tried not to eat the sauce but it was pretty much drenched in it. Struggling with keeping the carb count down enough to keep the BS in normal range (around 20 grams). Also regularity a problem. Sigh...
150.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
