So excited to report a loss of 4 pounds. Great weekend filled with hours of yard work, adding new landscape features. Got to plant flowers with my grandson and made him a sandbox area. Last week, I started beginner yoga (Beachbody) and it's really helping with flexibility, posture, and balance. Water, water, water is another key to my daily routine. KETO is my diet focus and last week managed to keep my calories at 1054 (weeks daily average) with 78g* of protein (*avg daily). Getting results and determined to make it happen.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
