So I went back to the gym this week. I'd like to go more often but my knees have been hurting a lot so I'm trying to ease into it. I ate little fast food and even took my lunch a few days. Now I need to work on getting an eating schedule together. Seems like I'm on the right track but not as quickly as I'd like. Baby steps...
