Well I went up to 17st 12 last week, not good.
For some reason I felt proper poorly over the bank holiday, this stopped me eating for a day and a half, and I caught up with my sleep.
Got on the scales this morning and I'm 17st 6lbs again. So I did have a good bank holiday after all, and very cheap too !

Diet followed poorly.
