well, part of this journey is being willing to come out in the open when I screw things up. I was depressed and went into a food coma and now I need to learn to just admit when I fail. I have gained weight when I wanted to loose it. So there! I make mistakes. I am learning to forgive myself above and beyond anything else which is difficult for me to do.
