Oops.. perhaps a bit too many calories yesterday. Cheese and chips before bed probably did it. That was my midnight snack daily until I started my diet. I’ve had it once in the last 12 weeks so decided to have it again and the servings the bag said. Happy to say an ounce of wavy lays is too much now and I’m happy with half that. Also had 3+ oz of cheddar cheese and I could’ve done with half that. Sad to say that it was half of what I’d normally have so I cut portion to 25% of what it was 3 months ago. Even though I’m craving ‘bad foods’ at least I’m not craving near as much as far as portions! Now to work on drinking water. Nasty stuff water is lol. Going to go touch up the paint on the trim in this heat so I’m sure water will sound good in an hour!
