After many weeeks of high stress and being unable to control my eating, things are finally returning to normal and am starting over today. 10KG that I would like to get rid of before my bday end of August - lets do this!!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
