The gain is not a happy sight, but I guess that goes with weighing in everyday? Even though my dinner was low carb, I did eat late and a lot! So Im really counting on that being the problem because Ive been doing so well with a steady loss...

I weigh almost every day, but I only record once a week. If I recorded every day my weight would fluctuate too much and I'd be miserable. You'll get that loss back soon enough if you just stick to it. Good luck!!
