K so tomorrow is the start of my week (love starting Sunday, makes me feel like I have a jump on the world)

This week I completely took coffee from my diet. I noticed this resulted in an increase in sweets which I will remove from my diet this week except for fresh fruit.

I noticed I woke up way less groggy and tired. I have slept better and I feel really good about it. I'm going to buy some decaffeinated because I miss the taste and the social aspect. But for the next while I just quit and that's kinda cool.

I went to orange theory every day and made it through MAYhem week, which was a feat in itself.

I had three beers on my day off which is monumental. This is usually followed by many more drinks of some sort.

This week was a win. Although the small teeniest drop in weight happened it was good and I am happy.

Looking forward to this weeks progress.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love my coffee breaks. I feel like it is kind of like smoking - although I don't. You get to take a break from the world and "treat" yourself. I love social drinking too, but I am learning that I am probably more social with a little less. Something about being social that brings out my insecurities. I find the older I get the more lovely I find myself the less I require. But back to the coffee issue, going cold turkey was instantly awful but the rewards were amazing within two days. I am sleeping and I don't wake up exhausted with muscle cramps. More like when I was a child. Of course I'm most positive the lack of alcohol has been a major boon as well. Looks like life is really starting to click in for you and balance is yours! Have a lovely day!
