📌低碳生酮186天~65.8(胖)
今天都這麼重了還要聚餐😂
沒辦法為了媽媽破酮吧!
第一次破這麼徹底
聚餐港式飲茶
好險有一般菜可以吃
#麻婆豆腐 #肉骨茶湯 #紅燒燴素菜
#鮮奶油芋頭西米露 #酥皮南瓜湯
#菘露炒飯真的好吃,我吃半碗😊
#炸芋頭包榴槤 吃兩個。
#宮保燴椰片好吃 #勾芡羹湯
#素菜燒賣吃2個。吃完立馬想睡😂
