happy days ... still losing! but that wasnt the plan 🤔... eating more than on the diet regime... cant work that one out lol..
159.6 lb Lost so far: 27.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
