so I've taken off these 6 lb which is fantastic I had my once a week cheat meal today and I went to The Waffle House with my wife for the first time in a month Thursday night when my wife was like I don't want to go to the gym I want to go see the morning crew that we haven't seen for a month in The Waffle House I had a very hard struggle tug of war with myself a big part of me was getting angry and upset at the fact that I felt like my wife was holding me back from my goal the other part of me said you know your wife is done so much for you you need to sacrifice suck it up and have this cheat meal but the other part of me was afraid of slipping back and going back to that 306 lb again but my wife has been with me for so long she threw some of the stuff that I used to tell my clients in my face she threw some personal training knowledge back in my face saying you would have told your clients like you need to go and have this cheat meal once a week or once every two weeks so I sat there and I thought still having this internal struggle still having this internal struggle early in the morning when I woke up but finally realizing that she was right which interns means I was also right. so what I am saying is that we need to have that meal once a week that meal once every two weeks when you have whatever you want and how much ever you want of it for that one whole meal not a day not a weekend a meal just a meal and it will help you with your with your goals it will keep you on track of where you want to be at you'll go out have that IHOP go out at Denny's Waffle House but you'll get back right on track again trust me because if you don't have that once a week meal when you finally have your stress boiling over when you have your frustrations having you pull your hair out when you're so angry the sound of a toothpick makes you want to snap because you're denying yourself of these simple Pleasures that you used to get from food and now you're thinking about I can't have this I have to do this and this and this sit back take that time have two or three pancakes with your kids have a slice of chocolate cake with your husband or wife don't get so consumed in your goals that you lose life's little Pleasures you'll get back to that work you're not letting yourself down you're having a a time for your mind and your body and your soul to regenerate to recoup before you get ready to go back at it again harder longer and then you take another little rest and then you go back at it harder and longer than before and you can look back and look at all the miles accomplishments that you have done
