I'm definitely on a plateau, but I'm not discouraged enough to revert back to my old eating habits. My daughter seems to think I'm actually not eating enough. I've heard the saying that "you have to eat in order to lose weight". There are some days that I'm so engrossed in my work that it's 1 or 2 o'clock in the afternoon when I realize that I haven't eaten a thing all day! I know that's not good, and I also know that I have to slowly start introducing a little more (good) fat into my diet.
I only have 3 more pounds to go to hit my goal. From there, I'd really like to get down to 127 for a total weight loss of 30 lbs.
