terrible week - feel miserable - can't wait to turn this around.
125.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

don't you just hate it..... sometimes I think it's a matter of what foods you are eating even though you stay within your limits
