Ok--I am really wanting to get to 123--but this is an interim goal to get me down to 128 by the day we leave for the beach--very important and a great goal post. Here is the plan--low carb, careful cals, reduce wine, no peanuts for a while, no eating in the evening. I am also revving up my exercise to 90 minutes 5 days a week.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
