Amazing!
I didn't have the best of weekends (food intake wise) and am pleasantly surprised to drop a fair number of pounds.
I'm guessing Lean Mass (from Tennis, Swimming and Push-up challenge), Low Fat and High Protein intake helped.
I even had 6 beers last night!
Last week 82.1 Kgs and 18+% Fat
Today: 80.8 Kg (177.8 lbs) and 17.7% Fat.
