sneak peek 92.53kg. My little binge made me not lose as much. I'm happy woth thos result anyway 🤗 Let's keep it clean.


** PM update: Something I ate is giving me tummy trouble

Possible culprit: Milk, cottage cheese, avo, chicken hearts or potato

Will cut all and then check each in turn.
203.9 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
