While reading this, keep in mind that I've been over 350 pounds for the last 12 years. Last night, I walked 1.25 miles and ran another .75 on the treadmill. Now this might not seem like much, but it's the first time I've ran at all or worked out that hard since I played High School football. I remember I was the biggest guy on our team and my Senior year, I played at 315 pounds. Now, I'm almost down to that weight and it gets me steamy eyed everytime I think about it. When I break 300, I know I'll be very emotional at the scale. I haven't been under 300 since I was 16. I'm a believer for sure. Z.
