I honestly give up I can't restric food anymore it I've just done a fill 180 in my diet and my mind set wont go back to weight lose
185.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2036 kcal Fat: 60.12g | Prot: 94.60g | Carb: 291.78g.   Lunch: Six Star Whey Protein, Bananas, Dempster's 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Simply Poultry Chicken Breast. Dinner: Carrots, No Name Long Grain Parboiled Rice, McCain Straight Cut Fries, Pork Chop (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Soft Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Granola Bars, Oreo Thins. more...

You've lost 45 pounds... That's awesome!!! I'll bet that you feel phenomenal in comparison to where you started out? Maybe you need a bit of a break, there's nothing wrong with that. But consider changing your goal from "weight loss" to "maintaining your current weight"? I find that it's easiest for me to clear my mind and focus when I'm properly hydrated, getting plenty of sleep, and consuming no less than 1500 calories per day. If I am missing one of those I become irritable, and my resolve begins to waver. And don't forget to pat yourself on the back (every day) for the progress that you have already achieved. When we spend too much time focusing on the finish line, we can sometimes become depressed if the goal stays just out of reach. On those days; we need to learn to draw strength from what we have already accomplished and less about the goal weight. One last thing, how did you determine what your goal weight was? Is it a realistic weight goal? Have you had your body fat % estimated?
