Down another and that makes 60 pounds gone for good. I am starting to actually feel a little slimmer, but have a long way to go. The good part about having been so big is that the weight loss at the start is high. The bad part (there are many) is that you need to lose a lot before it is visible. My biggest wish is that I could control where the fat is coming off of. My arms and calves are nice and tight, no fat at all. Who cares about there. I have a big gut that I want gone. Our bodies will do what they want and as long as the pounds are going away and I am gaining muscle, I am happy.
375.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 175.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This is amazing! Thanks so so much for you words on my post earlier, and CONGRATS on reaching 60lbs!! That is wonderful! I want you to know you are very inspireing to me. You started out at pretty much where I am now, and to see that you have done sooo amazing in the past 3months gives me hope. Today my body is sore, I am cranky and hungry and I feel like Im having sugar withdrawls... I am assuming this will get easier after day one. LOL Thanks again and so glad to have found you!
