If you’re like me, it’s food addiction (add emotional eating too!) and resetting your eating habits will take several weeks. I LOVE food and am also a good cook. I also cook for a family of six, so this has been hard! Honestly, I’ve had to let my family fend for themselves while I restrict calories. The first 6 weeks are rough - now my new pattern of NOT overeating feels natural and it’s easier. Also, I’m fitting into all sorts of smaller clothes that I haven’t worn in years - a really motivation to keep going! You can do it!
