Well, I followed Slimming World strictly for 3 days, fairly well for one, ate too much on Sunday, did lemonade fast for 3/4 of Monday and ate small portions yesterday, but picked at a few treats during the evening.
Not exactly a conventional diet, but I appear to have dropped four pounds! Which is fabulous, especially as this week I've done absolutely no exercise as my back has been buggered.
So, back on the wagon, today. :) Here's to another four pounds.
