So my birthday was yesterday and the ladies in my office brought cake, chips, dip, ice cream ( all I did not touch) strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, broccoli and mini green beans. I ate way too much fruit I think but it was so delicious! I only ate some ground beef the rest of the day and and hoping and praying all the fruit didn't kick me out of ketosis. Back to measuring everything today!
