Doing well following Keto but not logging macros. Doing intermittent fasting - lunch, dinner to lunch. Energy level getting better doing more outside in the garden and blood sugar below 99 in the morning and 80's before lunch/dinner.
229.6 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
