So I had a pizza for a Friday night treat, a relatively good sub 800 calorie pizza. Although what I really wanted was a large Pizza Hut pepperoni !!!
...but it was enough actually I look at it as food methadone. It was enough to stop my cravings but less than ideal to be eating it anyway.
I've just done the thing I am constantly being told not to do, weigh myself next day again. The scales have been kind 17st 6lbs, perhaps I'm dehydrated.
I don't believe I lost 2.6lbs in a day after eating a whole ham and pineapple pizza, but if I discover some magic there guys I promise to tell you all!
