I don't even have any excuses! I messed up and the scale proved it. Ended a long term relationship, moved out, ate poorly out of convenience...
On the bright side, I've now got my expenses in order and joined the gym again! Need to start cooking and meal planning to avoid convenience meals. Let's see if I can get it right this time...
