Stopped my Keto diet about two weeks ago. Maintaining but not losing. Still eating lower carbs though. Working out daily- min 60mins of weights and cardio. I’m happy.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 50.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
