I have gotten away from my weight loss program for a while and now am back on the wagon. I have just joined a gym and so far have went to work out every weekday , hope this will assist me with my ongoing struggle.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
