📌低碳生酮175天~65.5 哎呦我的媽。真準時MC來了 禁品享受期來囉😂 先來一杯鮮奶茶再說呵 下午吃了蜜桑葚10顆 中餐晚餐都正常吃 開始搭配吃起士。因為要油一點 菜再淋椰子油。晚上肚子開始痛 不知道是經期痛還是吃錯東西 這幾天都有提早吃晚飯 7點前完成。明天公休日 可以睡晚一點。😊來睡享瘦覺
