wow ive lost 10 lbs sense my last weigh in!!!:) by using this app plus working out everyday sunday is rest day! But now that I've been tracking my intake on foods I have lost 10 lbs in just a couple weeks!!!:) my first goal!! now its time to lose another 10 lbs to get to my other goal!!:)
