I have been eating so much less than I have in months and it feels ok .I have cravings really bad but its been 3 months since i lived anywhere close to the keto life and its been rhe same amount of time since I ate only 3 times a day .I am hoping to get to one .I will get there but i know i have to start with one snack and two meals then 2 meals then 1 meal a day .I also started walking yesterday .health issues have kept me from doing so but i went a speed i could go slowing down when i had to .i fell twice but kept going and what was going to be 20 minutes ended up being well over 80 .My legs didn't stop working once .That used to happen if i walked more than a half hour at a time .
203.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 98.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
