A week off the rails with my best friend visiting town with much celebration (her birthday, her visit) compounding my still unusually stressed and discombobulated schedule, an ongoing bought with spring sinus hell, and an end of week stomach virus that halted my mid-week attempt to restart my exercise routine (got in two days of 14 minutes of HIIT plus 10 minutes of calisthenics). Really not too surprised at the results. My schedule will (hopefully) reset by June, until then I will try not to be critical of myself and add in diet and exercise self care as I can manage.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.6 lb a week
