This weekend was really good in a nimber of ways. First, I finished my 10K run doing all the things I wanted to, finish without stopping, run at about an hour pace, and not die. Check. Second, I decided to take Sunday and eat as much as I wanted of junk. Like a reward day. That was fun. I am glad it's over but it was fun. Best part, I didn't even pay for it on the scale. I am actually down from where I was yesterday.
