역시 운동보다 안먹으니 잘 빠진다...한3일 계란만 먹었더니 약 1.5키로 빠짐 ㅡㅡ:;
155.6 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
