After having hand surgery on 1/24 I had kind of fallen off the wagon and need to get fired up again. Tomorrow I am getting my stitches out and getting back on track. It is 80 degrees here in southern California today and bathing suit weather is just around the corner, I am not ready!!!! I have 3 months and 10 days until my 43rd bithday and I want to be at my goal weight by then. I need to focus on my goal and start drinking at least 64 oz of water a day which I know is crucial in losing weight. Wish me luck!!!

163.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
