Dit was niet de bedoeling hahaha, even mijn dagelijkse intake flink verhogen. Ik eet veels te weinig 🤔😅 (daggemiddelde staat onder de 1000 kcal.) 😱😱😳😓
110.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
