Another good week with a 3lb loss. I am still concentrating on trying to cook different things and enjoying my food so that I don't get bored and go for other things I shouldn't have.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
