Starting a new diet this weekend. It's not so much as a diet. but it's something to help me eat healthier. There are some things you can't eat together for digestive issues. If you follow it, then you should slim down. like Protein with starches, bananas and milk, pineapple and dairy, spaghetti and meat, tomatoes and cucumbers, coffee and cheese sandwiches, and beer and nuts. I'm going to be starting this on Sunday. I have already spoke to my doctor about it, and he had told me that it doesn't sound too radical so it should be worth a try.. Im excited to start.
