weight loss nearly stalled, but still losing inches. Focusing on monitoring fat/protien/carb percentages this week to see if I'm doing something wrong.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 May 2010:
1300 kcal Fat: 88.04g | Prot: 83.64g | Carb: 45.22g.   Breakfast: butter, Bacon, tomato, pepper, bell, egg. Lunch: crab cake, ham, tomato, cucumber. Dinner: POTATO SALAD, Mayonnaise, AMERICAN CHEESE, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled). Snacks/Other: light veggie dip, tomato, salad, CARROTS, CHEESE. more...
losing 0.9 lb a week

Add up your calories too I found out I wasn't eating enough and it caused me to stall... keep in mind Atkins recommends 1500-1800 calories a day for women
