Not sure what I'm doing different but whatever it is...i will take it!! I made my goal for the week!! NOW I just have to maintain through the weekend. Weekends are always hard for me. BUt I made it through last weekend with having a few treats, and no weight gain, and I CAN do it again this weekend. I NEEDED to see that 239. i know the scale isn't the only way to judge your progress...but FOR ME it is. I have screwed around a lot of the summer and i need to stay focused. My ultimate goal, beside my MAIN goal of reaching 185, is to be around 225 or less when I start school on Aug 28th. It's going to be hard enough being 'older'...i don't want to be 'fatter' too. If I stay focused I CAN and WILL do it.

NOW if I could just get rid of this freaking migraine.........
239.0 lb Lost so far: 136.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
