Keeping fairly close to 2000 cal. I go over pretty regularly, though to the tone of 2000 - 2500, sometimes a little more, but closer to 2000 as a rule. (note: I may have been consuming 8k-10k+/- cal./day at times in the past.) With the fewer cal. I still am not getting as much protein as I think I need, and I am trying not to eat too much of the foods which are high in fat albeit good fats... moderation/calories. I feel I have and still am adjusting to the fewer calorie level that I consume now. I used to not have a BM every day when I started the lower calorie regimen but I think my bowels have regulated to the smaller intake of food, and I am getting back to my one BM a day regularity.
