Continued with full-body workouts M-W-F and swimming T-Th. Cut down to one post-workout protein/fiber shake and a smaller evening meal, with less snacking. Seems to be doing the trick.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
