晚餐:牛肉 黄瓜 秋葵 圣女果 香辣鱼 鸡杂 青菜
5月9日 结婚纪念日
127.4 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
