📌低碳生酮169天~65.4(-14.5)
今天公休日。。正常吃了兩餐
呵呵沒吃夜市。所以安全生酮日
晚上點心一包炸豬皮
一杯鐵觀音奶油茶。開心end😊
執行拉筋第四天。好像稍微有效
努力堅持一星期看看成功
今天一樣甘露茶
有薑黃成份果然不錯

加些強度大一點的運動後拉筋會更有效喔~💪

我說的是有氧運動或重訓那種有中高強度的運動喔~不是拉筋(伸展運動是低強度)😅 拉筋是最後紓緩緊繃的肌肉做的。
