finding it hard to stay on a restriction especially working hard in 25°c heat don't see me losing weight soon and it's making me stress out and get angry at myself so I binge and it makes me even worse bit can't seem to stop myself
173.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Everyone needs to find the approach that works for them. I used to struggle with restrictive diets, and I would eventually reach a point where I hated weighloss and dieting. I finally tried calorie counting, and it works great for me. I eat whatever I want, but restrict the portion size so that I can stay below my daily calorie count. I still have days where I will eat whatever I want, with no calorie limit; to keep in good spirits. But overall I try to average a daily 1000 calorie deficit.

You’re down 2 lbs, that’s a win in my eyes lol. Don’t be so hard on yourself, just find what works for you. My weight has bounced around up and down but I’m learning my restrictions along the way!
