I’ve been weighing with light PJs and binder on. Today it was just what God gave me (and implants lol). Fluke? Because of clothes? Swelling lessened?
143.8 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
