Bad day yesterday ...overate on sugary foods felt way worse not a good idea 🤔and look at that scale 😳😱 gonna go back to that keeping calories at 1200 carbs under 75 ...I bought that dark chocolate hummus ...it's too good to have 1 serving
156.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i am simply in love with dessert hummus lately. I've had vanilla bean and snickerdoodle so far and they always seem to be out of the brownie batter flavor...dark chocolate sounds delicious. would u mind telling me what brand it is..?
