Pheww! Dit was n moeilike naweek... Maaaar, 500g af oor die naweek is n wen vir my! New week, new fat to burn ;-)
155.0 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
